  • 1,169 homes are planned, including single-family detached, attached, condos, courtyard homes, apartments and shopkeeper units.
  • Laurel Farm is a 25-acre local farm
  • Laurel will have 110,000 square feet of commercial development, including a mixed-use Main Street concept
  • A small hotel is proposed in the Main Street neighborhood, and an additional 150-room hotel and spa are planned for the Village Center.
  • Parks, recreation center, paseos, trails and a community garden are planned.
